What is the difference between a spring deck and pan deck bed frames?
The difference between a spring deck and pan deck is at the surface of the frame. Pan deck just a shown on the picture gives more support like metal plate with holes while spring deck is more like networked metal springs. For a typical spring deck you can refer to the photos of other long term care hospital beds such a Zenith bed.
