Welcome to Christopher East Healthcare Center, providing skilled nursing, personal care, Alzheimer's care and subacute rehabilitation. Our Pathways Unit specializes in rehabilitation for brain injury recovery. The unit, with its designated nursing and therapy staff, is accredited by The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission (CARF) for brain injury. The nursing facility and personal care unit offer therapy from our in-house therapy staff as needed. The chapel, courtyard with rose garden and the fishpond provide peaceful opportunities to visit with loved ones. |

What is the success rate of recovery in the clients who has a difussed axonal injury at this facility if the client is young and the accident is around two months in progression. |

My mother lives in Plainview and is ready to live in a nursing care home. She lives alone, can barely walk and agrees she needs the help. She will require Medicaid since her only asset is her condo. What steps do I need to take to get her on the waiting list? |

Dear friends
Thank you all for what could have a very unpleasent experance and making it a plesant and joyful one. Your staft is second to none. I was treated with great care and promp service.
Your rehab center was most pleasant and the personal treated me with the upmost care. It was to there great skill and carring that help me improve so quickly. This experance truly prepaired for going home with out any fear of making on my own. I can't thank them enough.
My stay there was one best expreances I have had ever, from the nurses to the foodservice on to cleaning personal all took great mesures to see to my comfort.
I would recomed you to anyone who needs health care, you people are top knoch and I thank you all so much for all that you do.
