It's size is equivalent to twin size or half of king size.

Does this Med-Aire 5" Alternating pressure mattress Overlay with low air loss have to be used on a hospital type bed only? It can be used on both hospital bed and regular home style bed for its pressure relief functions.

It does not cover the hospital bed and mattress under the pressure mattress that are only to show you how the product works. Sorry, we do not have an agent in India.

What type of cleaning is required between patient uses of alternating pressure mattress? For hygienic reasons, the mattress needed to decontaminated between patient uses. You will need to spray the unit down with a Cavicide or a Madacide spray and follow the directions for that product (usually leave spray on for 10 minutes then wipe off).
