	WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A "PLASTIC" TRANSFER BOARD AND A "SLIDING" TRANSFER BOARD? IS IT THE MATERIAL OF THE BOARD?
	This product features sliding mechanism for easy transfer. Its frame is made of strong aluminum alloy. While a plastic transfer board is just a plastic board which does not slide itself. You have to push the patient through the board surface than may be hard sometimes.

	How many inches in width?
	The size is 30" L x 12" W x 1.5" H

	How does the transfer board work?. How much muscle do you need to get to work?. My therapist wants a transfer board that helps to from wounds.
	It is designed for caregiver to transfer patient between bed and wheelchair. Caregiver needs to move patient onto the sliding seat and then slides the seat to another end. It is not measured how much muscle is needed. Although it will be certainly easier than any other regular transfer board, it may not be the best for patient to self transfer.
