On your product 3101FB, Full Size Luxury Bed it says please select one of the two mattress options but I don't see where I do that. The only option seems to be the Premium Mattress at $939 additional cost. Is that correct?
There used to be another type of mattress to choose from but it has been discontinued and no longer available. There is only one mattress to choose from at present.
How high off the ground is the bed at its lowest setting. I have an elderly parent who needs to be able to lower himself onto the bed.
The height is about 16" from floor without mattress and about 25" with mattress.

My husband and I are both disabled.He is the only one on medicare. I have no insurance. what can we do to get one of these beds for us?
The product is not covered by Medicare and insurance at all. You have to pay yourself from your pocket if you want to have one.
