IS THIS SCOOTER AVAILABLE WITH A POWER SEAT FOR VERTICAL ADJUSTMENT???? No, the model HS-570 does not have a power seat for vertical adjustment.

Would I be able to have the forward lever changed to the left side. I have a little problem with my right hand, and the forward lever would be the most used, if so, is there a charge. Gary. The features and specs listed are included in the price. It also include a set of new batteries. To charge batteries is every easy - just plug to the wall. The batteries need to be fully charged for the first time before use according to the manual which comes in the package. It is not right or left hand controlled. You need to use both hands just like handling a tricycle.
