Featuring adjustable sleep deck height from 8.75" to 25.25",
this Matrix Plus Full-Electric Hospital Bed, a single motor for Hi-Lo function that ensures the bed is always level.
It has a dynamic operating capacity of 400 lb and meets the highest UL safety standards for medical beds UL60601 and EN60601.
It has strong tubular panel mounting which enables the bed to be pushed or pulled by footboard, and built-in stabilizer feet that ensure the bed will automatically lock in the lowest position.
Sleep surface constructed of strong steel wire grid: no plastic or springs are used.
Rigid construction utilizing heavy tubular steel to maximize strength and stability of the sleep surface in all positions.
All weldments and components are electrostatically powder-coated or plated.
Standard with handheld 6-function control.
The bed frame, head and foot (H & F)
boards (standard or deluxe with curve), and rails sold separately. Deluxe H & F boards are available through special order and take 4-6 weeks to produce.

how low does the be go to the ground. How much does it weigh and what are the dementions of the bed
It can go as low as 8.75" from the ground to the sleeping surface. The weight is about 300 lbs. The dimensions of the bed is 83" L x 36" W. Sleeping surface size is 76" L x 35" W.
If I order the hospital bed do I need the Back-up battery pack and Charger?
You do not need these accessories if you have continued power supply. They are useful only if you are concerned about power outage that could possibly happen in your area. In this case, you can still operate the bed using the rechargeable battery pack until the recovery of power supply.
If I order it without head and foot boards, is there some sort of mattress-keeper to hold the mattress in place?
There is no mattress-keeper specifically. But you can use something like velcro to fix the mattress on to the frame. This is the easiest way.
