If you want the chair to be delivered inside your home, you will need to order the white glove service (WG). Please read the information on the website regarding the white glove service. The driver will need to bring an extra labor to help with the inside delivery.
Does this chair flatten out to a full flat
(180 degree) position? Do you have any wider? I have a brochure from a retailer that says you have this up to 37" wide. Is that true?

The item PR-501L-26D is not 180 degree flat. It only goes to 145 degrees. This feature is only available with regular sizes from small to medium and large sizes. The item PR-505L is the largest size that can offer 180 degree feature.
The following model is the smallest in size that can handle your weight safely. This may be a little too big for your size but to handle more than 350 lbs, a chair has to be rather big accordingly.

Please describe the heater/vibrator option.
The heater / vibrator option is available for the Maxi-comforter model PR-505L. It adds the heater and vibrator functions to the chair.
