My husband is 6'3" tall, 170 pounds. He needs a lift chair with a height from floor to seat of 23", but does not need a heavy duty chair. Do you have a product suitable? Their weight capacities are enough to support his weight. The seat height is 22.5" closest to what you are looking for.
