 | How does this model breakdown for storage in a car trunk? Do you have to break it down in 6 pieces? That seems like a lot. What is the heaviest weight of the pieces? Also, what is the warranty on the battery and how much are replacement batteries? | | Yes, the scooter can break down into 6 pieces. But you do not have to break it down to so many pieces in order to put it in the car trunk. As long as you can lift it up, you can leave 2-3 pieces together as one piece for transfer. The heaviest piece is 25 lbs as described on the website. You can figure out how much weight you can handle by trying. The batteries are warranted for 3 months. Each battery is about $89. |
| | | Are the arms removable? | | The arms can easily flip up to get out of the way for transfer if this is what you want. You can also remove the entire arm rest assembly using a screwdriver. Your can remove the armrest from the armrest receiver by loosening the tightening knob that holds both parts in place.

| | I am seeking a electric scooter for one of my clients. I need it to be portable on that could fit into a car. I also need it to be light enough for one person to pick up. I also was concerned if it was to light weight would it tip. This is the one that I was looking at. If you have any better suggestions that would be wonderful!! thanks
Becky | | Yes, this scooter should serve your purposes if the specifications meet your needs. The scooter is designed with the necessary balance and capacity to hold up to 225 lbs. So please make sure that this patient is within the capacity. Otherwise, you need to choose different models with higher weight capacity. You can also consider the following model that is very popular as a travel scooter due to its foldability.

| | What is the seat height from the ground? | | The seat height from the ground is adjustable from 16 1/4", 16 3/4", 17 3/4" to 18 3/4". |
| | you say the heaviest part is 25 lbs??? how many pieces does it break down? | | Yes, the scooter can break down up to 6 pieces as shown on the picture. The piece numbers 2 and 3 are not necessarily broken down though. The heaviest piece is number 4 which is rear chassis. It weighs about 25 lbs. |
| | What are the dimensions of the seat?
Is it possible to get a larger seat? | | The dimensions of the Scootie for the seat are 15" width x 14" depth x 13" seat height.
Unfortunately there’s no upgrade seat on the Scootie. |
