i am very interested in this bed but i need to know how the wheels lock and keep the bed stationary, and i need rials on both sides to look the same as in the picture shows how the left side of the bed is.. i need full rails like on the left cause the patient could fall out of the bed with just the small upper right side rail.. is the bed fully automatic, and can a lol air mattress be put onto this beds frame?

All of the wheels can be locked to keep the bed stationary. You can select two sets of the half rails (full rails are not available for the bed) to have protection like full rails. The bed is full electric which means that you can press the buttons to raise up or lower down the bed height and adjust the bed head and foot sections. You can also use a low air loss or alternating pressure mattress on the bed.
