As an integral part of the home care environment, patient lift systems make transfers and other daily care giving activities easy and safe, reducing or eliminating the chance of injury both to the caregiver and the patient. At uCan Health, patient lift systems are available in manual and electric, with a model to fit every need and budget.

Manual Patient Lift Systems - Usually built with hydraulic mechanism, they are cost effective choices. Such a lift can be also appropriate in an environment where power source is not available or not easily accessible, e.g. if it is used to transfer the patient from one place to another that is far away.

Electric Patient Lift Systems - Powered either through a standard electrical outlet or by a re-chargeable battery, such a lift is completely operated through a hand control or button at the minimum efforts by the caregiver. Some of the functions may be operated even by the patient to be transferred. All of these electric models have manual back-up in case of power failure.
