You need to select a sling to work with the patient lift. Click on the link of "SLING" at the end of features on the page to go to the sling page. If you select a 2 point sling, you need the chain set to hook it up. If you select 4 point sling, the chain set is not needed. |

Will I be able to use the extra long swivel seat transfer bench with the hoyer lift?? | | Based on your description, your bathroom should have enough space for the sliding transfer bench. The extra long model is about 47" long at the base. You can measure from the wall inside the tub to outside where this length goes and then figure out is you have enough space in the bathroom you need. Our calculation shows that you should have about 23" from the bench legs to the bathroom door.
If you are going to use our patient lift on this page, together with an extra sliding transfer bench, you should have enough space too. A safer way that allows more bathroom space is to have a shorter bench which are either 42" or 37" long at the base. Both of them fit you bath tub while leave more space in your bathroom for other equipment to be positioned. |

If the Lifter is taken to Mexico the warranty will be still valid? | | Yes, we can ship to anywhere in the US free of charge. We do not have store in Arizona. But if you have an address there we can ship there from California warehouse. Shipping usually takes 3-4 business days. It is very easy to install and a manual comes with the product. You can order directly without prescription. The warranty is still valid in Mexico. It comes the parts that will be shipped to you the same way as the product. |
