Entry Level Customer Service Associate

Status: Part-Time, Pathway to Full-Time Customer Service Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

• Customer support to answer product related questions over the phone.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for timely product shipment.
• Communicate with professional service facilities for consumer feedback.

Knowledge and Skills:

• New graduate or college Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in marketing or related field with good typing skill.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is preferred.
• Good skill of communication by phone and email is a must.
• No prior experience is required.

Entry Level Marketing Associate

Location: Greater Seattle Area, WA

Status: Part-Time, Flexible Work Time, Pathway to Full-Time Marketing / Product Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

• Writing and editing press releases;
• Writing website content;
• Assisting with event planning, exhibit promotion (such as trade show), and researching issues.
• Good skill of communication by phone and email is a must.
• No prior experience is required.

Knowledge and Skills:

• New graduate or college Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in public affairs, media relations, journalism or marketing preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is preferred.
• Technical audio and video production skills and software knowledge considered a plus.
