uCan Health LLC is pleased to provide you with the opportunity to
participate in our free Local Listing service. At uCan Health our goal is to
provide local healthcare consumers with the best possible product /
service search experience and bring ready-to-buy healthcare consumers to
your local stores, branches or facilities in the United States. To meet
this goal, all participants and merchant data feeds are subject to the
program policies below. uCan Health reviews the submitted listings
periodically and reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any
participants or submitted items that violate the policies. Our policies
are subject to modification from time to time without notice.
To be included in uCan Health, a supplier of merchandises (products) /
provider of services must meet the following criteria:
- You must have (a) physical store(s), branch(es) or facility(ies)
open to local healthcare consumers in the United States.
- Your store(s), branch(es) or facility(ies) should be listed on your
local yellow pages.
- You must have a website with detailed information about your
business, such as your locations, contact information, products you
sell or services you provide, etc. Viewing such information should not require login or
registration. Your site must be in English.
- Illegal products / services will not be accepted!!! You will be
solely responsible for the legal consequences of your products /
services.
To participate in uCan Health Local Listing Program, you must have the authority
to act on behalf of the business that you are registering with the Local
Listing Program, and that all information you provide to us, including but not
limited to, the program application, information in any search listings
and all other information about your business provided in connection with
the Local Listing Program, will be accurate, complete and current, to the best of
your knowledge. You represent and warrant that the content of your
Website(s) and your search listings
- do not violate any law or regulation;
- do not infringe in any manner any copyright, patent, trademark,
trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party;
- do not breach any duty toward or rights of any person or entity
including, without limitation, rights of publicity or privacy, or has
not otherwise resulted in any consumer fraud, product liability, tort,
breach of contract, injury, damage or harm of any kind to any person
or entity; and
- are not false, misleading, defamatory, libelous, slanderous or
threatening.
Termination If you are dissatisfied with the Merchant
Program or with any of the terms and conditions contained herein, your
sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your participation by giving us
written notice as provided below. Notwithstanding anything contained in
this Agreement to the contrary, we may, in our sole discretion, suspend or
terminate your account and/or discontinue your participation in the
Merchant Program or any other uCan Health service at any time. All
decisions made by us in this matter will be final and you agree that we
shall have no liability with respect to such decisions.
