Case, Pt Facility: Northwest Therapy Northwest Therapy outpatient clinic is designed to serve the needs of a patient population that require the comprehensive rehabilitation services of physical and occupational therapists. It is my belief that physical and occupational therapy is best accomplished when patient education and patient involvement are part of the development with the plan of care. Each of my therapists holds extensive discussions with their patients in regard to the treatment to be provided, outcome expectations and specifically the patient’s role and duties outside of the clinic environment.
