Tuffy Ultra-Light Detach Arm Transporter / Transport Wheelchair Question: I have four questions:
1. does this chair always come with desk arms? (I do want them)
2. do the handles flair out to be wide enough to fit around the base of the chair when the back is folded down, or are they straight?
3. the view from the back makes the chair look wider at the top and narrow as you look down, does this make the chair top heavy or likely to tip over to the side?
