I am wanting to know if this trapeze bar would work on a hospital bed in the nursing home where I work. Can a copy of the directions for installing the trapeze bar be faxed to me so we can see if it will work?
This trapeze is designed for the competitor homecare bed and may not work on the hospital bed in the nursing home. The bed in nursing home may be a long term care bed which is different from homecare bed in design. The accessories such as trapeze bars may be also different from those used for homecare bed. For example, the heard and foot boards are removable not as part of the bed frame. So you can not mount the trapeze directly on the boards which can not hold the weight.
You need to know if the bed is a homecare or long term bed first. If it is a homecare bed, you can order one of our universal trapeze bars. If not, you will need to find out whether the manufacturer supplies a trapeze bar specifically for the bed.
Hello. im looking at the trapeze bar item 15560TRAPEZE. The site does not specify the height of the item when mounted on the The Competitor Bed. I really like the set up, but my concern is that it will not fit height wise inside my room. Please help.
The position of the trapeze is adjustable so that the height is adjustable up to 60" when mounted on the bed.
