Desk Yoga Routines
Desk yoga is a very popular form of yoga practice that can be easily performed at your desk. This practice combines static poses with flowing breathing exercises to help relieve the physical discomfort and stress that comes with sitting at a desk for long periods of time. Here are some Desk Yoga practice steps and techniques to help you get better at this practice.
1. Preparation: First, you need to choose a quiet place to practice and make sure there are no distractions. You can then choose a comfortable desk and place your computer and other equipment nearby so you can practice conveniently.
2. Posture: When practicing Desk yoga, you can choose a comfortable sitting posture, such as lotus position, half lotus position or sitting on a chair. You can then place your hands on your knees or place your hands on a table to maintain your balance.
3. Breathing: When practicing Desk yoga, your breathing is very important. You should inhale slowly and exhale slowly. You can also relax your body and mind by taking deep breaths.
4. Practice Now, you can start practicing Desk yoga. First, you can start with the following exercises:
- Standing: With your feet open, your heels on the ground, your hands on your head, then slowly bend down until your toes touch the ground, and then straighten up.

5. Rest: After completing the exercise, rest for a while to allow your body to fully relax.
