One size fits all. Short vest comes with 18 adjustable 1/2 lb. weights and will hold up to 20 lbs. Long vest comes with 38 adjustable 1/2 lb. weights and will hold up to 40 lbs. Flexible rubber weights are 1/2 lb. each and contour to the body to provide comfort and safety.
