Rad Rod

The Rad Rod and Helix are portable myofascial tools that help release muscle toxins and reduce tension. Both tools can be used individually, or put them together to make one soft tissue device. The Rad Rod is fully loaded with a steel core and soft outer shell. The Rad Rod is a thin massaging stick that is portable and allows you to customize your level of pressure (21.25 in. long). The Rad Helix has an arched design to unlock stiffness on two planes and promote healthy posture. The Rad Helix helps enhance the back's range of of motion as well as calves, quads, hips and hamstrings (12.5in. L x 3 in.H).
