The Earthquake Bar is an incredibly strong, kinetic-energy bar. Specifically designed to strengthen stabilizing muscles by oscillating kinetic energy. 2 in. grooves cut into the wood, grip the bands as the bar bends during use. Good for rehab, prehab, powerlifting and movements. Bar measures 80 in. long and weighs 6lbs.
